SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package.
All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf countries.
Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.
CUSTOMS / IMPORT FEES
All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are already included at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. We’ve taken care of it all to ensure a seamless and worry-free experience.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is rejected from our Sunnies Brands, the cost of the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package will be deducted from the refund.
